ANCILLARY SERVICES

Speech and Language Therapy

Language development and speech therapy is provided as an integrated part of each class at the School of Hope.  Consultation and training in using augmentative devices is also provided.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is provided for students enrolled in the School of Hope’s educational programs.  Emphasis is on large motor development, positioning, and adaptive equipment.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is provided for students enrolled in the School of Hope’s educational programs.  Functional skills in self-help and vocational areas are emphasized, as well as sensory integration.

Nursing Services

Nursing services are provided for those children with special medical and health needs.

Transportation

The yellow bus services to and from school are provided.  A transportation aide is present on each bus
